Photomontage

Marcus has shown forgiveness and extended the due date by 1 week.
This is the state I have decided to leave my photo-montage in.
It feels cloudy and the focal point is a bit off but overall I think it looks alright. I don't think it's as interesting as the London one but it's still looks pretty cool.

All images used were acquired for free at http://www.freeimages.com/

The style of working was influenced by a technique used by industrial artists to create a fast visual and textures for an image. The images used are usually not too important, they are scaled, skewed and modified to fit the goal. They are used to establish a palette and texture. They call it photo-bashing and will often paint over bits of the image after to get closer to their design. I have not done this so that it still remains a purely photo collage image aside from the few bits of low opacity brushwork in places to lighten and darken parts.

The filesize of the .psd is 264MB - 128MB when compressed as much as possible
The dimensions are 31cm x 23cm at 300ppi

The JPEG is downscaled to 1024 x 768 to post online but a full sized version should be submitted somewhere.

I'm not sure what the brief means by specified 'use' for the image.
